How can we help?
The waitlist's pre-launch — most questions have a one-line answer below. If you don't see it, email [email protected] and a real human (one of the two of us) will write back.

What is Siloh?
Siloh is the first platform that treats nutrition and training as one system. The same AI engine generates your meal plan and your workout program together — training day meals fuel performance, rest day meals support recovery, and when your training changes your nutrition changes with it.
We're in pre-launch. You can join the waitlist at getsiloh.com.
When does Siloh launch?
May 16, 2026. We're letting people in waves rather than opening to everyone at once.
- Wave 0 — founding members from the Discord community, on launch day.
- Wave 1 — priority-waitlist users who referred 3+ signups (~5 days after Wave 0).
- Wave 2 onward — larger batches as retention data proves the product holds up.
Open access happens when week-3 retention is consistently above 70%. Could be late May, could be early July — controlled scarcity gives us better data and a cleaner launch.
How do I move up the list?
Share your referral link. Every friend who joins with your link moves you closer to the front.
- 3 referrals — priority waitlist (Wave 1).
- 10 referrals — founding member (Wave 0, permanent badge, lifetime perks).
Your link is in the welcome email and on the thank-you screen after you sign up. The format is getsiloh.com/?ref=SILOH-XXXXXX.
What is a founding member?
The first 500 waitlist signups to hit 10 referrals. The status is permanent and earns:
- Profile badge that shows you were here from the start
- Lifetime perks (we'll detail these closer to launch — they materially reduce ongoing cost)
- Guaranteed first-wave access on launch day
- Direct line to the founders for product feedback
Once 500 founding members exist, the tier closes. The earlier you start sharing, the better the odds.
I didn't get a welcome email.
Check your spam and promotions folders for a message from [email protected] — first-time senders sometimes land there. If it still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes:
- Make sure you typed the address correctly when signing up.
- Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with — we'll find your row and resend.
Can I change the email I signed up with?
Yes. Email [email protected] from your old address with the new email you'd like on the record. Sending from the original address is how we verify the request is yours, so no further proof is needed.
How do I delete my account?
Visit getsiloh.com/delete-data. The page opens your mail client with a deletion request pre-filled. Send the email from the address you signed up with and we'll process the deletion within 30 days, usually within 48 hours. Full breakdown of what gets deleted vs. what stays is on that page.
The product
What does Siloh cost?
Joining the waitlist is free.
Subscription pricing at launch will be in the $14.99 to $24.99 per month range. Founding members get permanent perks that aren't being disclosed pre-launch, but they materially reduce the ongoing cost.
How is Siloh different from MyFitnessPal, Noom, MacroFactor, or Fitbod?
Those tools each handle one side:
- MyFitnessPal / MacroFactor / Cronometer log what you eat.
- Fitbod / Hevy / Strong program your workouts.
- Noom coaches weight loss.
None of them can tell you what to eat today based on whether today is a lifting day or a rest day — because their architecture doesn't capture both sides at once.
Siloh is built on the thesis that nutrition and training are one discipline. The meal plan and the workout program adapt to each other in real time. When your training changes, your nutrition changes with it. When you skip a workout, the day's nutrition adjusts. That integration is the product, not a feature.
Will Siloh work with my wearable / Apple Health / Whoop / Garmin?
Wearable integration is part of the launch roadmap. At launch we expect to support Apple Health on iOS and Google Fit on Android. Whoop, Garmin, and Oura are slated for the first post-launch wave, with priority based on what the community asks for in the Discord.
If a specific integration matters to you, drop it in the Discord — that's where we triage.
Will Siloh work for me if I don't lift?
Yes. Siloh's training engine handles lifting, MMA, hybrid, running, cardio, and bodyweight — and a "minimal training" mode for users whose primary goal is nutrition. The integration thesis still applies: how you train (or don't) on a given day shapes the nutrition for that day.
What Siloh isn't built for: pure beginners with no exercise habit, or elite athletes who already have a registered dietitian and a coach. That middle band — the disciplined-but-overwhelmed person who already trains and tracks — is where Siloh fits.
Privacy & data
What data do you collect?
For the waitlist, we store: your email, a normalized form of it (for deduplication), your referral code, who referred you (if anyone), the URL parameters from your visit (UTM tags), the user-agent string, and the timestamp. That's it.
No name, no phone, no IP storage, no cookies, no third-party trackers. Full breakdown on the Privacy Policy.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your email or any other data, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The infrastructure providers we use (Supabase for the database, Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for transactional email) process your data only to operate the service.
