You can ask us to remove your waitlist record at any time. Enter the email you signed up with and we'll process the request within 30 days.
What happens
- Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with — easiest way to verify the request is yours.
- We delete your row from the waitlist database within 30 days, usually within 48 hours.
- You receive a confirmation reply once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your email address, normalized email, and original email casing
- Your referral code and any record of your queue position
- The user-agent string and UTM parameters captured at signup
- Any signup-rate-limit history tied to your IP
What stays
- Aggregate, anonymized analytics that don't identify you (e.g. "1,234 people signed up in March") — no personal data.
- Logs older than 30 days that have already been auto-purged.
- Records we're legally required to retain (e.g. proof of consent for a regulator). Pre-launch we don't have any of these.
Other data rights
- Access: ask for a copy of what we have stored on you.
- Correction: tell us if anything is inaccurate.
- Export: get a portable copy of your record.
