What is Siloh?

Siloh is a nutrition and training platform for iPhone. One engine plans your meals and your workouts together, so what you eat changes with how you train. Logging, recipes, run tracking and clubs are free. Pro adds the AI that plans and adapts both for you.

Who it's for

One engine, four ways in.

Individuals plan on their own. Trainers coach clients through it. Clubs, gyms and teams run their communities on it. Everyone uses the same app.

Individuals

Know what to eat today, because you know how you're training.

Siloh builds a 14-day meal plan around your training week and a program shaped to your sport and schedule. Training days get fueled, rest days stay lighter, and nothing needs reconciling between two apps.

Questions

Asked, answered.

What is Siloh?
Siloh is the first platform that treats nutrition and training as one system. The same engine generates your meal plan and your workout program together — training day meals fuel performance, rest day meals support recovery, and when your training changes, your nutrition changes with it.
Is Siloh free?
Yes. Siloh is free to download and free to use: meal and workout logging, recipes, grocery lists, run tracking, streaks, clubs and challenges cost nothing. Pro adds the AI — generated meal plans and programming, training-day fueling, daily adaptation, restaurant picks and the AI coach — for $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial.
How is Siloh different from MyFitnessPal, Noom, or Fitbod?
MyFitnessPal logs what you eat. Fitbod programs workouts. Noom coaches weight loss. None of them can tell you what to eat today based on whether today is a lifting day or a rest day — their architecture doesn't capture both sides. Siloh's does: one engine, both halves.
How do the meal plans work?
Siloh builds a 14-day meal plan around your training week. Training days and rest days get different macros, repetition is intentional so groceries stay sane, and swapping an ingredient recalculates the plan's macros.
How do the workout programs work?
Your program is shaped to your week, not a template. Volume, exercises, and intensity flex with your sport, your recovery, and what you've eaten — and onboarding tunes it by sport, training environment, level, and goal.
What is the Founding 500?
Founding membership is a one-time payment for lifetime access to Siloh Pro, with no subscription, capped at 500 members. The first 50 spots are $50, the next 100 are $150 and the final 350 are $300.
Is Siloh available now?
Yes. Siloh launched July 30, 2026 and is on the App Store for iPhone. Android is coming soon.
What if I'm eating out?
Tell Siloh where you're eating and it scores live restaurant menus against your current macro slot and allergies, so you can order the closest fit instead of guessing.
Does Siloh work with my trainer?
Yes. If your trainer coaches on Siloh, you link to them with their code and their programs appear in your app. Clients linked to a trainer get the AI planning features as part of their coaching.

Tomorrow's meals, planned around tomorrow's training.

Free on iPhone, and everyone starts free. Pro adds the AI when you want it.
